List view

The List view shows a list of all appointments for a day.

  1. The timeline shows the selected day. Select a different day, "Previous week" or "Next week" to view additional days. Click on the calendar icon to select a day. To close the calendar, click on the icon again.
  2. The day’s appointments appear in chronological order. The list includes: time of appointment, customer name, phone number, status, Service Advisor name, vehicle, hours booked on the appointment, and additional information such as the transportation icons and appointment source.
  3. The status shows Booked, Shown and Missed appointments. Click on a status to change it from Booked to Missed or Shown, Missed to Shown, or Shown to Missed.
  4. Click on an individual appointment to open an Appointment Details window, similar to Appointment Details in the Day view. Click "Edit" in the window to fully open the appointment:

  1. Click the "Expand services" icon to open the Appointment Details windows for all the appointments in the list.
  2. Click to print the list of appointments. Refer to Filter to understand how to use the “Filter” icon to customize the appointment list, for example to print a list of appointments for a particular Service Advisor.
  3. The DMS icon indicates the status of the push to the DMS. The dealership should regularly check for appointments that failed to push (). Refer to Push to DMS Indicators.

Note: The List view can be used to call in reminders for upcoming appointments, or call missed appointments to try and reschedule.
